Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 cups chicken breast, diced and cooked
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 Eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, set side.
  2. Combine chicken, soup, almonds, celery, mayonnaise, salt, eggs, thyme, eggs and lemon juice.
  3. Grease a deep casserole dish and pour the above mixture in alternating layers with 3/4 cup of cracker crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and garnish with remaining buttered crumbs.
