- 400g chicken breasts, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp mustard and mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Vegetable oil for fry
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups flour
- Bring the minced chicken and add onion, garlic, thyme, chili, black pepper, and parsley. Combine well.
- Add Mayo, mustard, baking powder, salt, and eggs. Mix the mixture very well. Shape into fingers.
- In a bowl add flour, and dip the chicken kofta. Store in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Fry chicken kofta in hot oil until golden brown, on both sides.
- Serve the chicken kofta and garnish with leaves parsley.
