- 1kg. chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
- In a bowl whisk together, rice wine, soy sauce, garlic, chili garlic sauce, sugar, then add to the chicken wings and toss to evenly coat.
- In a skillet heat oil, stir in the chicken wings, sauce, and water. Cover and cook the chicken wings for 15 minutes.
- Remove lid and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened for 10 minutes.
- Serve and sprinkle sesame seeds on top chicken wings.
