- 500g chicken breast cooked, boneless and minced
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 onion, minced ( or onion powder)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- Crusted Oats as needed
- Combine all the ingredients, add oats as needed.
- Shape into round, flat patties.
- Grill chicken cakes on both sides.
- Serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
