Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 whole chicken, cut 10 pieces
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Sauce: 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • Sauce: 2 cups of sour cream
  • Sauce: 1 tsp curry
  • Sauce: 1tsp cumin
  • Sauce: 2 tbsp green onion, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients of sauce.
  2. Bring the chicken and add the cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Coat all pieces of chicken with the mixture.
  3. In the tray put the chicken and grill in oven a medium heat for 40 minutes or the chicken turned golden brown.
  4. Coat the pieces chicken with apricot jam and enter again in oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken with Sauce.
