- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 cups red bell pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. mustard

- Cut chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) into cubes.
