- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 slices of anchovies sardine
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
- 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 2 pinches of rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- Put flour on a plate and dip chicken breasts in flour to coat (make sure oil is very hot before adding chicken to frying pan.
- Cook each side for 15 minutes on medium temperature.

- Cook 15 minutes uncovered.
