3- Remove the skin on meat before cook in crock pot.

  • 2 Chicken breasts without skin and bone
  • 1 cup red beans (available in supermarket)
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 2 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup shitake or cremini mushroom
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. Put slice onion in slow cooker.
  2. Add red beans, chicken, mushroom.
  3. Add nutmeg, thyme, pepper and salt.
  4. Pour the chicken broth.
  5. Cook and leave it at least 6 hours
  6. Serve with Rice and green salad.
