Recipe Ingredient

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, cut 2 halves
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 200g small pasta
  • 2 tbsp. celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • Salt


  1. Cook chicken breast overhead grill until golden brown.
  2. Bring the chicken broth to boil in a saucepan.
  3. Add pasta and peas for about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir through stalk celery, white pepper and salt.
  5. Serve soup topped with chicken pieces.
