Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1tsp. baking powder
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. sesame
  • 1 tbsp. parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Salt


  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. In a bowl combine flour, paprika, baking powder, pepper, thyme and salt.
  3. In another bowl put sesame.
  4. Mix eggs and milk. Dip chicken in flour mix, then egg, and sesame.
  5. Heat oil to 300 degrees and fry a few pieces at a time about 5 times or until turn golden brown.
  6. Drain chicken strips on paper towel.
  7. Serve and garnish with parsley.
