- 2 chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1tsp. baking powder
- 1 black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. sesame
- 1 tbsp. parsley chopped, for garnish
- Cut chicken into strips.
- In a bowl combine flour, paprika, baking powder, pepper, thyme and salt.
- In another bowl put sesame.
- Mix eggs and milk. Dip chicken in flour mix, then egg, and sesame.
- Heat oil to 300 degrees and fry a few pieces at a time about 5 times or until turn golden brown.
- Drain chicken strips on paper towel.
- Serve and garnish with parsley.
