Great Fattet Chicken with Chickpeas for Weekend

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes
3 chicken breasts cut in small cubes
1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight with 1 tsp baking soda, cooked and rub as many of the skins as possible)
2 cups fried Arab fried bread, cut into pieces
10 cloves garlic, crushed and mashed
Juice of 3 lemons
Spices for chicken
1 tsp each of allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, salt, cardamom
1- Sauté chicken with spices in a pan until golden brown. Set aside.
2- Make sauce with lemon juice, 3/4 of the garlic, tahini, and yogurt. Combine until creamy.
3- Mix remaining mashed garlic with lemon juice.
1- Place fried bread on bottom of bowel. Drizzle garlic/ lemon mixture.
2- Pour on top chickpeas (warmed).
3- Pour over tahini sauce.
4- Pour on top sautéed chicken (hot) and garnish with pine nuts.
