2 chicken cut into fourths keeping skin and bone
3 cups bulgur
1 medium onion diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Toasted pine nuts- almonds
1 large onion cut
3 garlic cloves crushed
Enough water to cover chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp allspice

1- Boil chicken with the spices then remove the scum and drain.
