 Easy Chicken Pasta with Mushrooms and Parsley Recipe

2 chicken breasts, cooked (grilled) cut into cubes

2 cups mix of mushrooms (white, and portabello mushrooms), cut slices

300 g of shell pasta, cooked

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup of parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp butter

1 cup whipping cream

Salt and pepper



1- In a pot, sauté onion in butter.

2- Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.

3- Add the chicken, and pasta, stirring gently.

4- Add the parsley over, and pour whipping cream.

5- Serve immediately.
