Delicious Spicy Chicken Soup with Oyster Mushrooms

1/2 kg chicken fillet

1/2 cup oyster mushrooms, halved

3 fresh Thai chilies, lightly pounded

1 lemon grass stalk, sliced diagonally

3 kaffir lime leaves, shredded

1 tbsp chili paste

1 piece finely sliced ginger

3 cups chicken stock

1/4 cup carrots, finely sliced

2 tbsp white soy sauce

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp vegetable oil




1- Put in a pan sauté on the stove and heat oil in it. Add the chicken, pepper and salt cook until golden browned. Set aside

2- Bring the stock to the boil; add the chicken, mushrooms, lime leaves, ginger, and lemon grass. Add chili paste.

3- Season with white soy sauce, and chili.

4- Serve immediately.
