This recipe is quick, easily prepared and tasteful. There are two main components in this dish is Potatoes and Liver.

Potatoes chicken with liver is full of nutrients such as carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Yellow: They have golden skin or yellow and ideal for grilling.

Notes: Before cooking you must soak the liver in lemon juice and milk for reduce the strong flavor. Chicken Liver has mild taste and easy to cook it. But chicken liver is contains more fat, iron, folate than beef liver.

Delicious Potatoes Chicken with Liver


Yield: 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 45 Minutes

1 chicken cut into 8 pieces

1/4kg chicken liver, chunked

1 onion, sliced

1 each red green, yellow peppers, seeded

6 small potatoes

2 carrots, sliced

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic, finely chopped

1/4 tsp nutmeg





1- In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

2- Empty the bowel onto large Pyrex. Add a little of water.3- Place on a baking in a hot oven for at least 45 minutes.
