Delicious Chicken Mushroom with Molasses Sauce



Yield: 4 Persons

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

4 chicken breasts, boneless

1 cup mushrooms, slices

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup of molasses

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper





1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2- Melt butter in pot and sauté the chicken.

3- Add the mushrooms, garlic, molasses, soy sauce, tomato, and pepper.

4– Put in oven dish and pour two cup chicken broth over.

5- Put in oven for 10 minutes for brown.

6- Serve and garnish sesame seeds or pomegranate seeds.
