Moghrabieh, meaning "dish of the Maghreb", and also called Lebanese couscous. Moghrabieh made of semolina flour rolled with a chicken, onion stock, and served with pieces of cooked chicken chickpeas.

Delicious Chicken Moghrabieh Recipe
Yield: 4 Persons
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes
1 whole chicken boiled, skin, and bones removed, kept in big chunks.
10 small onions
1 cup chickpeas
500 gm moghrabieh
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp caraway
6 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper
1- Fry the small onions in oil, cook them with 3 cups of chicken broth for 10 minutes.
2- Heat butter and oil, add moghrabieh, cumin and caraway, chicken broth and let it cook for 15 minutes stirring from time to time.
3- When cooked add chickpeas and chicken, do not stir, decorate with roasted almonds and pine nuts.
4- Serve and chopped parsley.
