Delicious Chicken Asparagus Mushroom with Pasta Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

2 chicken breasts, cubed or slices
1 cup mushrooms, slices
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 onion, chopped,
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp white pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil olive
1/2 tsp lemon zest, grated
1 cup chicken broth
1- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and melt butter, sauté onion, garlic, add chicken, stirring frequently for 10 minutes.
2- Add mushrooms, asparagus and chicken broth, stirring until almost absorbed. Add white pepper, and salt. Remove from heat; add lemon zest, and 1/2 cup of cheese. Combine well.
3- While cook spaghetti pasta as usual.
4- Pour the chicken asparagus over pasta.
5- Serve immediately with remaining cheese.
