Chicken Breast is a staple food in many houses. It takes lesser time and efforts, and at the end of every cooking process, you get to have a perfect and delicious meal. People of all age group seem to love it unconditionally. You can make so many dishes with chicken and almost all of them taste top notch good. Out of all the other chicken part, chicken breast tastes amazing and is also loaded with just the right amount of nutrients. However, some people do complain that the chicken breast that they make do not taste good. So, in this article, I am going to mention six ways with which you can cook chicken breast that taste so delicious. Keep on reading and learn my tricks and hacks to have just the perfect gourmet style chicken at home.



  • Four chicken breasts
  • 5 tablespoon of olive oil
  • One teaspoon kosher salt
  • One teaspoon of chilli powder
  • One teaspoon of black paper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • One teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 tablespoon of butter


  • In a mixing bowl mix black pepper, onion powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Sprinkle this mixture generously on the chicken pieces.
  • Heat olive oil and add chicken pieces to it
  • cook chicken in the olive oil for 4 minutes per side
  • add butter and swirl it
  • Cook on high flame for 2 minutes
  • Put a tight lid on the pan and lower down the flame
  • Cook chicken for 2 minutes
  • Serve while hot



  1. 5 pounds of chicken breast halves
  2. Eggs (2 raws, slightly beaten)
  3. Italian seasoned bread crumbs (1 cup)
  4. Ragu Pasta sauce (1ounce)
  5. Shredded parmesan cheese (1 cup)


  • Pre-heat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit
  • Dip chicken in the beaten egg and coat the chicken piece generously with Italian bread crumbs.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes
  • Pour Ragu Pasta sauce and sprinkle parmesan cheese on chicken.
  • Re-bake, the chicken after pouring parmesan on the baked chicken pieces for 10 minutes.
  • Keeping baking until the chicken turns white.


Following are the ingredients:

  • 2 cup of parsley finely chopped
  • One tablespoon of thyme
  • One tablespoon of lemon zest
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Chicken breast (2)
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • 5 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of chicken stock for the gravy


  • Mix parsley, thyme, lemon zest and minced garlic
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter and oil in a pan and sear the chicken from both sides
  • When both sides turn brown, take it out of the pan.
  • Add chicken stock and thyme mixture in the same pan in which you have cooked chicken breast
  • Boil the stock with the lemon mixture for two minutes and then add the cooked chicken breast.
  • Once the stock is reduced to half dish out the chicken breast



  • Two tablespoon lime zest
  • A half cup of lemon juice
  • Half tablespoon of kosher salt
  • Two tablespoons of finely ground mint
  • Two chicken breasts
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil


  • Mix, the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, chopped mint, and salt
  • Marinate the chicken breast for 2 hours in the lemon mixture
  • Grill the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes. Make sure to brush each side of the chicken breast with the leftover marinade over while it is cooking.
  • Once the chicken breast is entirely done, dish out and serve with steamed rice.



  • Half teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • Paprika; 2 tablespoons
  • A half cup of brown sugar
  • Two chicken breasts
  • Half teaspoon of oregano
  • One tablespoon of garlic in a minced or powder form
  • Two tablespoons of butter.



  • Mix paprika, brown sugar, oregano, salt and pepper, butter, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Add chicken breast to the mixture and coat well
  • Marinate the chicken for 3 hours
  • Preheat the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Bake the chicken at least 30 minutes
  • Serve hot.



  • Half cup soya sauce
  • One tablespoon ketchup
  • Half cup brown sugar
  • Three chicken breasts
  • Half cup pineapple juice
  • Two tablespoons grated ginger
  • Two tablespoon cilantro
  • Three tablespoons of sesame oil


  • Mix ketchup, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, pineapple juice and sesame oil.
  • Take half a cup aside
  • Marinate the chicken overnight or at least for2 hours
  • Grill the chicken
  • Brush the chicken with the leftover marinade
  • Cook them for 6 to 8 minutes until it is nicely done
