Chicken Basmati Rice with Cilantro 


Yield: 4 Persons

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Level: Easy





2 chicken cut into 8 pieces keeping skin and bone.

2 cups basmati rice

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 onion cut into small pieces

1 tbsp biryani spices

Chicken broth

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Oil and butter

Salt and pepper




1- Rub chickens with salt and pepper.

2- Fry in batches in oil until is golden. Set aside.

3- In a pot add oil, butter, quickly sauté onion, and garlic. Sir and the rice, biryani spices, and add the chicken broth.

4– Cook the basmati rice for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

5- Add the cilantro over; stir all together.

6- Serve the basmati rice with chicken.
