Best Baked Chicken Fingers Quinoa Recipe

3 chicken breasts cut into fingers or strips
1 cup white quinoa, uncooked
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup yogurt or buttermilk
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup of mustard
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1tsb garlic, mashed
1/4 cup chopped dill or parsley
1- Preheat over to 350-400 degrees.
