Healthy Baked Chicken with Red Cabbage and Apple Recipe

3 chicken breasts, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red cabbage, cut thinly sliced
2 green apples, sliced
1 sprigs thyme
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of chicken broth or water
1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2- In saucepan heat olive oil, add the chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
3- Add onion, cabbage, thyme, apple, and vinegar.
4- In a baking dish pour all ingredients, season with salt and pepper add chicken broth, covered. Cook until chicken and cabbage are tender.
